Jean Maxwell - Legal Assistant
Ms. Maxwell has 14 years of experience in the law profession. She has extensive experience as a legal secretary, administrative assistant, and for the past three years as a legal assistant, primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation. Jean has an extensive knowledge of the various court systems in West Virginia, including circuit court, magistrate court and the West Virginia Supreme Court. Jean is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. (NALA), and she is also a Notary Public in the State of West Virginia. Jean and her husband, Greg, have four children and reside in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Erica McCord - Legal Assistant
Ms. McCord has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, including experience as an administrative assistant, legal secretary and legal assistant, primarily in the areas of workers' compensation law and litigation. Erica has been a member of Association of West Virginia Paralegals (AWVP) since 1995, and most recently became a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. (NALA). She is also a Notary Public in the State of West Virginia.
Vickie Koon - Accounting/Timekeeper Manager
Ms. Koon has a Degree in Business/Management and minored in accounting. She also has numerous certificates in computer software and is a Notary Public in the State of West Virginia. She has worked in the legal profession since 1998 in the areas of
workers' compensation, federal black lung and insurance litigation. Vickie and her husband, Paul, have two children and reside in Morgantown, West Virginia.
