Ms. Waddell was admitted to practice law in 1992 and is licensed to practice in all levels of state and federal courts in West Virginia. She is a 1985 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a 1992 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. She served for five years as law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Maxwell, United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. She has also served as an adjunct lecturer on appellate advocacy at West Virginia University College of Law. Lorna and her husband, Charles, have two children and reside in Morgantown, West Virginia.
